California Cuisine Meets Craft Production

Come savor the many flavors of a comfortable culinary experience that expands your appreciation of bespoke comfort food, drink and hospitality. HARVEST marries the bounty of the season with the atmosphere and creativity of Laguna Beach, inspired by the local flavors, ingredients and traditions of American and California Cuisine.

The restaurant, bar and private dining room pull from the incredible revival of California’s organic farming, ranching, brewing, distilling and oenology. As homage to the original homesteaders, handcrafted food and drink will be a focus throughout your dining experience. House-smoked hams, bacon and salmon, homemade bitters and grenadine for cocktails, even ketchup and mustard will be made in house. Absolutely everything that we can grow or make on property will be.

Our menu will change with the seasons, as will the techniques used in the cooking and aging of provisions. Grapevines trimmed in the fall will be used to fire winter recipes. Fruit tree wood pruned in the spring will be used to smoke charcuterie for summer. Our barreled cocktails will be aged in preparation of holidays and special events and become anticipated features inviting tradition and history into the experience.

From plates you want to share with your friends to dishes that you’re happy to eat solo at the bar, the food is comforting and recognizable, but created with the foundation and craft of modern day. Channel the nostalgia for things you grew up on, done better than you have ever had and made from scratch.


Old Favorites With a Few Twists.

HARVEST will serve up comfort food inspired by the best of regional and grown-on-property ingredients and the turn of the seasons.

Our delicious dessert menu will consist of an offering of both savory and sweet desserts for sharing. With our unique tie to the Girl Scouts via Scout Camp, we’ll offer delicacies themed towards some of America’s favorite sweets – Girl Scout Cookies. The Bar

The beverage program will focus on bespoke elements: craft production and blending and aging from unique and indigenous ingredients.

Our barrel-blending program anticipates the seasons and features specialty releases of aged cocktails that coincide with holidays and special events, creating their own traditions for The Ranch. The draught spirits program complements a full bar and features a selection of core artisan spirits, straight from the cask. The casks will be used to mix and age proprietary cocktails, allowing them to develop deeper and more complex flavors, as well as providing a strong visual component to the bar. An attractive and distinctive presentation, this not only allows for the creation of exceptional and unique spirits, but also the artistry of signature cocktail presentations.

The bar resembles a pharmacy of apothecary jars, with unique vessels and vials to house homemade mixers and seasonings. Window boxes filled with fresh herbs provide the fixings for just-picked garnishes and muddling. Refreshing recipes will feature citrus fruits still on the branch, just trimmed from our trees.

Our craft beer and wine selection includes ten to twelve rotating taps. Each beer features a paired appetizer from the menu that changes with new beer selections. Wine lovers have their choice of newcomers and favorites alike from a manageable, interesting and contemporary coastal California wine list.
